Michael and his friends were excellent guests, pleasure to have him and his friends. Very respectful and kept my place very clean and in perfect shape. Highly recommend, he is welcome back to any of my properties.

Alicia was an excellent guest. She communicated very well and took very good care of the apartment. She left everything very clean and followed the apartment rules. I would recommend her!

I was disappointed mostly. The top to my garbage can went missing, not sure what that was about? Also, food scraps were left stuck to the glass dining table, stains on the rug, floors, walls, sheets, a broken glass. The number of towels used makes me think there were more guests than I was told but I’m not sure. I get “things happen” but this seems more a lack of consideration. This is a home sharing service. Its important to be considered of the hosts space.
