Staying at Carol's place was a great experience. She's a very friendly host who has been living in the area for a long time and has a lot of insight into the neighborhood.

I had a great stay here. This was a perfect location within easy walking distance to Colorado College where I was working for the week during my stay. This is a nice setup for one person. Only issue was that there is no shower; only a bathtub with handheld shower head that had very weak water pressure. I would install a shower curtain for the tub to avoid splashing water all over the floor. Otherwise this was a great find and stay!

Great location, price and space! Perfect for a quick stop in Springs and had everything I needed for a comfortable night.

this whimsical, beautiful apartment was so much fun. The clawfoot tub with a skylight above it was wonderful. I loved how it had been remodeled, but still had much of the charm for the house Carol hope to make it in, explained things and also help me retrieve my water bottle when I forgot it at checkout. It was absolutely perfect.
