We had a wonderful stay at Chad and Laura’s! Everything was super easy and the space was incredible.

This is a perfect place to explore downtown Indianapolis. The downtown area is nice with beautiful historical monuments/museums and restaurants (we really liked the Weber Grill restaurant--longer walk; and the St. Joseph's brewery--short walk). Just a lot of homeless people in the downtown area and a bit noisy on weekend nights (road in front of house had police/emergency traveling through with sirens, etc.). We also enjoyed a trip to Franklin with a nice welcome center and shops, etc.

Chad & Laura did a great job refurbishing their rental (this is a duplex, so they are on the other side of the house). Very tasteful and thoughtful. The only complaints from our group of 4 women was the lighting in the bedrooms (i.e., master has two night tables with lights--but no overhead light) and the fact that amenities listed reflected a patio/balcony. We did clarify that the patio in back was for the owner's use only. There is a front porch with a few chairs though.

Great location…home…and hosts! Super clean and comfy couch and beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms and sitting areas.Note, there is no formal dining area which was fine for us. Eat in kitchen was functionally perfect. Quiet neighborhood. There is much within walking distance.
