The description of location is accurate. How was clean, but looks like would benefit from fresh painting. There were very little supplies in house, salt and pepper, paper towels, basic kitchen utensils. Only 5 forks, no hot pads, we made due with towels, but it was a little weird. Space was nice, AC & water worked great, and super easy access to the beach, which is what we were there for. We were a little nervous in the neighborhood at first, but it was safe & quiet and everything was fine. Would feel comfortable staying there again for a quick trip to beach—would just know to bring my own hot pads!

When we arrived the shower curtain and rod were on the floor and the towel rack was missing but other than that everything was great

Had a great stay at this unique Airbnb! Place was clean and the host was super proactive about sending over any information you may need about your stay. It’s right downtown so lots of places in walking distance. The only thing to note is the neighborhood was a *little* bit on the sketchy side but that comes with how close you are to downtown and we didn’t have any problems. I would stay here again!

This was my first airbnb and I hit the jackpot! The place is beautiful and spacious. I would move there if I could. It looks just like the pictures. I would definitely rent again but it seems like it is booked thru 2025!

The kitchen was beautiful and is clearly made for cooking. We are chefs and cooks so the pot situation needs some attention and there weren't any baking pans. There was only one knife so there weren't any sous chefs! I am local so I went home and got items for us to use.

I love that there were lots of extra trash bags, tide pods, dish washing pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and plenty of parking.

It was a great location, but there were several homeless people around but they didnt bother us. One day a homeless lady was using the door as a mirror and we waited for her to leave before we went outside.

Here are a few suggestions to add:
blankets
tv's in the bedroom
new pots, pans and knives
a blender
a broom
luggage racks if no dressers
fix the suana
