I am unclear on why the trip was canceled. This is the best possible review I can give.

I could not recommend this place to anyone. It's so unsafe and not worth the price. I had to cancel my booking because of the violence that occured there, and I was really scared due to the agression towards one of the guests by the manager's girlfriend. LA has beautiful places to stay but this one is not one of them.
Be careful and DO NOT BOOK here.

unless you want to be dragged into a bad environment where the manager of the property is literally on hard drugs i do not recommend! I have seen multiple people be assulted ! the violent men are not kicked out bc the host values money over anything else. I watched a man spit at a women and pull a knife and managment did nothing ! when the police were called management did not make a statement bc "they are on probation and can't even be in the state of CA". VERY TRAUMATIC experience! Guest are asked to pay in cash after their stay if they want to extend which is sketch. the managers girlfriend attacked someone and broke their nose and the person was too scared to go to the hospital or call police until they left 3 days later ! I was asked to leave violently by the managers girlfriend because we had the girls room locked after all of this VIOLENCE . AT 11:30 AT NIGHT the managers try to get into the room very intoxicated and was mad the door was locked. when we opened she just yelled at us like children and said if we felt so unsafe that we had to lock a door we should check out. THEN she sends her violent gf up to tell us to check out in the middle of the night because we had the GIRLS room door locked AT NIGHT after MULTIPLE VIOLENT situations have happened. i only completed half of my month stay and this place is utterly crazy! do not recommend you spend your money with ANY Roxanne bnb. SHE SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE and she has been alerted multiple times.

If you are not vaccinated stay away. if you are sober and value your personal belongings stay away. If you are not of filth stay away unless you want someone to put they're booty juice on your face and dry towel. you will need the sense of smell to out survive this one. Images are not up to date and the kitchen is for residents. microwave is a no go as well.
