Really fantastic airbnb - extremely comfortable and well appointed. We had three families over for a family trip to zion (with two infants), and we had plenty of space and things to do. Very young child friendly, and several awesome trails easily accessible. Also very close to grocery stores and fantastic restaurants, one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at - would come back again in a heartbeat. Hosts very communicative and professional and replied to messages very quickly.

Great place to stay for our family. My kids loved the pool and the location was great!

Todd's place has alot of amenities, for children and families, and for couples. We were 4 couples and 2 guys. We enjoyed the quiet, the spacious layout, and the proximity to activities, but you do need a car.
We asked for an earlier check-in and were informed that there was a charge of $15/hr, which surprised us because of all the Airbnb's we've stayed in, no-one has ever asked us to pay, esp with how much we paid to stay there.

Unfortunately, the place was not at all clean. There were stains on the carpet all the way up the stairs and upper floor, dustballs in the bathroom, dirty cold air return vents, and worst of all, dirty bedsheets, mattress cover, and duvet cover. This place has alot of amenities, but is not well maintained.

Great place to stay, amenities were great and close by. Had plenty of space and worked out great for 2 adults and 4 children.
