We enjoyed our stay at Sylvia's and the house was extremely clean when we arrived. It was adequately furnished, but did not have a cosy feel in the evenings, with only a centre light in the living room. There was no literature about the local area. The 3 bedrooms were nicely decorated, but the only double bed was rather small. Parking was okay, but the neighbours did not make it very easy for access.

Sylvia was a great host..always responded promptly.
House was immaculately clean.. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs this was the most cleanest..
If I stay in Birmingham again I would definitely be booking this house again.

Lovely stay , everything was a described and the area was nice and quiet. The host even left us some cookies which was very nice , would stay again if I was in the area again
