He doesn’t answer your doubts about the room, and is not in Mestre to receive you. The people at the hotel say they have nothing to do with him and Airbnb, so they can’t help you. The rooms he offers aren’t the same as he explains here. ALL RUBBISH!

El peor anfitrión del mundo! Si reservas una habitación con él, él luego la tiene que reservar en dicho hotel. Por lo tanto, si le pagaste y estás a punto de alojarte ahí, no tendrás donde dormir si ÉL NO LO RESERVA. NO ES UNA PERSONA CONFIABLE! No responde tus dudas sobre la reserva, y no está en Mestre para recibirte. El personal del hotel dice que no tiene nada que ver con él ni con Airbnb, por lo tanto no te pueden ayudar. Las habitaciones que ofrece en las fotos, además, no se corresponden con lo que dice la publicación. Todo MENTIRA!
Además, aunque no tengas donde dormir en Mestre, él no te va a resolver nada y va a pretender que te busques alojamiento en OTRO lugar! No quiere reembolsarte el dinero! Entonces, tendrás que buscar alojamiento en otro lado, si tenés suerte de encontrar algo a último momento.
Es la primera vez que tengo una mala experiencia con Airbnb por culpa de esta persona. NO CONFÍEN EN ÉL! Lo único que quiere es quedarse con tu dinero, NO darte una correcta estadía. Simplemente, no le importa el huésped.

Il s'agit en fait d'un hôtel et pas d'un AirBnB au sens habituel. Toutefois, en dépannage, c'est très pratique : hôtel ouvert 24/24, proximité de la gare de Mestre, prix très compétitifs. Mais il faut accepter de partager une chambre défraîchie avec 4 autres personnes, ainsi qu'une salle de bain qui est plutôt un bloc douche avec lavabo. Comme c'est un hôtel, il n'y a pas de possibilité de cuisine dans la chambre.

2 minutes from Mestre train and bus station, so it's very easy to go to Venezia from there. The dorm room is clean, the bed is cleaned every day, and there's towels available in the room. The staff is polite and available for us.

If you don't mind a dorm room, it's the perfect spot for a couple of days on your own in Venezia.
