My husband and i and our two girls moved to Dalgety in January 2016 after a lifetime in the Central West of NSW. We fell in love with this area over many years of spring time holidays, and we are delighted that we have been able to make it our home, and we look forward to showing our guests around.
We would be more than happy to provide slow cooked meals to your Hut made from either our own farm Lamb or Venison, from the many wild Fallow Deer that we have on the farm.
