We were grateful for a getaway, just my husband and I, and enjoyed leisurely walks to the square. The home was charming and the grounds were beautiful.

We giggled because as the trains rumbled through at night, our toddler would’ve been in heaven.

Speechless on words about our stay! This was a hit, as this was a getaway for my wife's birthday. My wife described this as probably "the best place she has ever stayed!" She has stayed in, as well as we have stayed in some beautiful places but if you're looking to get away & go back in to history, this is your place. Tracie is a SUPERB host! She made history come to life in this cottage, nostalgic yet modern in some cases. From before the start of our getaway contacting us for any needs prior to, to meeting us on our departure to see how our weekend went, Tracie desires to welcome you but to also say good-bye like you were part of the family leaving from vacation going back home.

The Marietta Square had so many stores, restaurants & history surrounding the square. I wish we had more time as I'm sure we missed a lot. Don't miss looking at Tracie's guest book, pieces of artifacts inside the cottage or you'll miss out. Plug yourself in while visiting!!! Go see something at The Strand!

We loved staying at this quaint guesthouse in Marietta. Tracie was a wonderful host. The home was clean, beautiful and historical and the perfect spot for our Anniversary getaway. It was a little rainy in August and mosquitos were out, the pool and deck area was well lit and enticing. Its close proximity to Marietta square and local parks gave us plenty of things to do!

I’ve got a confession to make. I didn’t really want to write this review because I want to keep this place all for myself. 😀

I’ve stayed in hundreds of Air BnBs and this is my favorite. I would love to move in permanently. Wonderful home with great amenities, beautiful neighborhoods to run around, a national battlefield park with awesome trails, walkable downtown with great restaurants, bars, and shops. Tracie’s place has it all and I’ll definitely be back.
