Incredible location right in the heart of downtown - so easy to walk everywhere! Loved the hot tub and the pool. Super cute condo - will stay there again.

Josh's place was perfect for a few-nights' stay in Breckenridge. From the off-street garage parking-- there's two Chargepoint EV chargers in there, by the way-- to the in-unit laundry and dryer, I felt easily able to make myself at home.

Check-in and check-out processes were a little more complicated here but that's to be expected when you understand just how many units in the building are rentals. Given the location with easy walking to just about any type of venue desired, I'd happily stay here again!

It's Breckenridge in the off-season. The price was higher than I would've liked to pay for that type of a space, but the location was a worthy trade-off. It feels much like a decorated storage closet and while the space got the job done, I don't see that the price reflected that. Many of the adjacent units are much larger or offer a balcony and the price is comparable. But my bad for not researching more in depth. The property itself is more than adequate for sleeping, clean, and accessibly located. Just don't try and turn around in there without bumping your elbows. There were only 2 of us. I can't imagine if there were 4, which is max occ.

Stayed here for a couple of days, loved the location more than anything right on Main Street mostly walked everywhere. First time booking through Airbnb and Josh made checking in very easy, provided detailed instructions on how to get in, where the building is located etc… overall had a great trip due to staying in this wonderful location
