As an employee of Airbnb, I wanted to try a fitness experience for myself. It was incredible! Nicole messaged me in advance to check in on my fitness goals, and injuries, and what equipment I had at home. We had a great session using my weights and bands that she brought. In addition to a great workout, I learned so much both new exercises to sculpt by body and small tweaks to the movements so they carried more punch. Nicole was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I can't recommend her enough!
