I really enjoyed the lunch and the whole experience. We had coffee and croissants on arrival and there was 3hr of demonstration and the we ate the four main course dishes and the two dessert dishes afterwards.

Laura's home and garden were beautiful and the location was fantastic.

I would definitely go again.

Loved the atmosphere with Laura and the group (and it was indeed relaxed). Good cooking, good company and learned again a new things (and took some good recipes home). I recommend her cookingclass!

It was a great experience. Very well thought out and delivered to perfection. A very enjoyable four hours and a delicious lunch in the company of other interesting participants.

What a treat! Watch a talented chef cook a delicious meal whilst learning lots of the tricks of the trade and then get to enjoy eating it all in the most beautiful setting of Laura’s gorgeous home. I feel inspired but more importantly confident to now recreate it all for family and friends. Laura is an excellent teacher. Witty and knowledgeable and made the whole experience lots of fun. Thoroughly recommended.
