Rashaad was a great host. The hike wasn’t too strenuous but just enough to enjoy spending some time with nature. Now about lunch. It was both pleasing to the eye and scrumptious.

Rashaad was wonderful! The experience was everything to his knowledge about cooking, the background behind the food, to our conversations. I love his spot being that there is a background story to it. I FULLY RECOMMEND you book with him !! If we are ever back in Orlando we will be back even for conversation!

This is an awesome experience. Chef Rashaad is enthusiastic and passionate about his craft. He was personable and easy to connect with. He created a welcoming and supportive atmosphere; he encouraged us to be creative in the kitchen and taught us skills that we will continue to develop. This experience is very worthwhile and highly recommended.
