I consider myself a lucky person, because with the places on airbnb, and being co host of others, I get to know new amazing people, I get to talk about Lisbon and Portugal, of which I am proud of! I get to share human experiences and make new friends check in, after check in. My motto for life? "Smile to life, no matter what, Life's looking at you, kid !"

We chose this place because of the good reviews. But the first day was a disaster. The cleaner left only two towels, and we noticed dirty stains on them. The linen had the same problem. We couldn't use the towels, and we slept in our clothes because of the unknown history of the dirty stains on the linen. We also didn't find soap, shower gel, and coffee capsules. Later I came across another review of this apartment with the same problems I mentioned.
The good thing is that Joana was in touch all the time. The problems were fixed on the second day, so the rest of the vacation was ok. We were pleased with the good location and the nice viewpoint nearby.
We appreciate Joana's help but we do not recommend this place. The problems we faced on the first day caused us a lot of trouble.

Bealtaine 2019

This apartment has no windows, only a double door with shutters to the street. Because it is on the ground floor, when these shutters are open, passers-by can look into the apartment, although there is a kind of shade that can somewhat block their view (as long as there is no light lit up in the room). The advantage of the lack of windows is that the apartment stays relatively cool in the often hot weather. The location near the Largo da Graça is great. Be aware though that the apartment is on a steep hill (like lots of houses in Lissabon). Climbing there from the metro at Martim Moniz is not for the feint of heart. The kitchen looked reasonably well equipped, but we only used the wonderful coffee machine.
