Wow what a lovely home. The location is spectacular, nestled in the middle of the vineyards and high on a hill. You watch the evening fog roll in from the Pacific in the middle of a spectacular sunset. The house is built for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining with a pool, hot tub, fire pit and a pro BBQ setup. It is easy access to all of the Santa Ynez valley and an hour to Santa Barbara on highway 101. Highly recommend.

Our family had an amazing time staying at Flavia and Niall’s house near Lompoc. Truly a special house and location. We felt like we were interlopers in a Condé Nast photo shoot, with such an architecturally beautiful house that has been extremely well furnished, perched on a hill with 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, vineyards, and pastures.

15 minutes to either Lompoc or Solvang area. 25 minutes to the beach or mountain hiking in Los Padres National Forest. Yet feels quiet and remote, with solitude and privacy. A special place to relax and focus on your loved ones.

Flavia and Niall's apartment is wonderful: quiet, clean, cozy and in a great location, an easy walk to Main Street cafes and to the beach. Flavia and Niall are extremely nice and they were responsive throughout. I highly recommend this rental.
