Jerry was a great host. His house is well equipped and super clean. The back yard is outstanding, and the deck is perfect for barbecue and just to seat out at any time of the day or night.
The location is perfect between Sag Harbor and Southampton, right by the water.
I highly recommend Jerry’s place, and would definitely consider it again in the future!

Jerry’s home is adorable, spacious, and peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked, and we loved the use of the grill. The fireplace was also wonderful. Jerry was communicative and kind. The views from the rocky beach down the street are breath taking. A great place for a quiet family (or friends) retreat. We would happily return!

The house is centrally located, spacious, and clean with a beautiful deck; facing a landscape of trees. Jerry made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It's a perfect oasis; quiet, light, private and easy-to-get around. I look forward to booking it again in the near future.
