Great little place right in HMB - perfect for a weekend, or like us, a longer stay. 5 or 6 blocks off of HWY 1 , this has both easy access to the City and beaches, or over the mountains on hwy 92 to Silicon Valley, as well as quiet. The décor is calming and tasteful, looks like it's been recently refinished. Loved the upstairs shower and bedroom, with downstairs kitchen and toilet.

A word to the traveler - this is a snug space with Spartan furnishings - no TV (as we got rid of ours almost 20 years ago wasn't an issue) and clean lines throughout. Christina, in my estimation, as a real winner for the yogas and yoginis out there, or those who have decided to trim back and enjoy the simpler things in life.

On the more pragmatic level, the bed was very comfortable, bedding high quality cotton. Plenty of cooking items (pots, utensils etc) to prep a simple two person meal.

I'll definitely look to stay here when my travel plans take me back to the HMB area
