The Roti Café in Santa Cruz is famous for unusual fillings including lobster and was featured in Andrew Zimmern’s Bizarre Foods Delicious Destinations Trinidad edition. Locals purchase Roti Cafe's silky dhalpoori rotis to go with their home cooked curries - 5 minute drive (1.7 km) from Green Space
