This is THE spot to people watch on Wharf St. The food menu is pretty small but everything I've tried has been good, and the cocktails are on par with other higher end bars in Portland. But if you want to sit back, sip a cocktail, and watch the hubbub of inebriated people along Wharf St (which I think is fun from time to time) then this is the spot.
