This beach is located just next door to the property (5-10 minute walk from unit) and has bathrooms, showers and free parking if you are lucky to get a spot along the highway

Right across the street from Casa Surfside (less than a five minute walk) is one of North County’s most popular beaches among locals and surfers. Every morning you can see four or five dozen surfers catching the waves. Another popular spot on the same beach is Tower 27 which can be accessed with the wooden stairs located in the camp ground. The stairs are open to the public. During the winter months, you will find many smooth rocks on the beach which seems to disappear during the warmer months. Whether its an early morning walk or sitting on the bench on the wooden stairs admiring the sunset, this semi secluded beach is one of our favorites!
