The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. The animals are present in nature (ants and spiders sometimes in the house, wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night) and any event connected to these animals are not considered price reductory factors, please consider this when reserving! Price is for the gr. floor only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. A Kemencés Ház a szentjakabfai Manduláskertben van, ahol további 2 vendégház fogad vendégeket. A házhoz saját kert, teraszok és egy grillezésre is alkalmas kemence van. A vendégházhoz fedett kocsibeálló is van. A Manduláskert vendégei számára rendelkezésre áll egy 15x4,5 méteres sós vízű medence is. No name cottage in green, peace, freedom, quiet

Enjoy the nature, far from the noise of the city which is reachable by walking (15 min) as well. Our small house is an outstanding one with an own garden. During your stay the house will belong only to You, don't have to share it others. The house is ideal maximum for 4 Persons either for families or couples.There is one bigger room with a double bed and armchairs and opening from it a smaller rom with two separate beds. One bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.
