This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.

Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. Welcome to Mary's Place! Wait until you see the amazing views from the roof deck, which overlooks the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. The Sunsets are spectacular, and it's a bird watchers dream! Mary's Place has a large screened porch and a large outdoor shower. Enjoy walks on the beach along the Delaware Bay, which is directly across the street. Bikes are available for your enjoyment. Dogfish Brewery and several restaurants are less than 10 miles away in the town of Milton.

Our large, comfortable, pet friendly beach house well suited to families and mellow friend groups is 2 lots from a crescent beach that you can walk for miles in either direction, offers some water views from the top of the steps and one bedroom. We have a sandy area under the house with beach chairs, SUP & 4 adult bikes in beach closet that opens with the house key for your stay. Gather together in the great room at days end.
