Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to SFA University and minutes away from restaurants, walking trails, pickle ball courts and the downtown area. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.
