A secluded cabin in the woods with a Spring Fed Pond on 84 acres that run along Laurel Hill Creek (known for trout fishing). GAP trail, state parks, covered bridges. The land has many trails to explore (hike, bike or ski them). Sled in front yard. 7 springs (10min), Hidden Valley (15min), Ohiopyle/Yough Lake (15-20min) for fishing, boating, rafting. Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

The KLAE House is perfectly situated within sight of the GAP Bike Trail and within walking distance to the Casselman River. Also, centrally located near Ohiopyle State Park, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Yough Lake, Frank Lloyd Wright homes, and much more. This home has been completely renovated and designed with a unique vintage/modern style. The KLAE House is the perfect getaway for a quiet and peaceful stay surrounded by nature on your own private hillside.

One of a kind Lord of The Rings themed Hobbit House. With hidden surprises around every turn. You won't be able to stop uncovering the small details that will add to your enjoyment of your stay. Almost everything in the house was custom made by the builder to add to the unique charm of the house. From the medieval doors with operable speak easy look throughs and the whiskey barrel cabinets, you don't want to miss putting this house on your travel bucket list.

Rustic Luxe Cabin (4x4 Required)

Situated on 10 acres and surrounded by a 600-acre nature conservancy, Rustic Lux is a new construction that fuses the charming details of a rustic cabin with high-end modern luxury. Guests can enjoy complete privacy with quick access to all the wonders of Deep Creek Lake! Rustic Lux is only 4 miles from the lake and Wisp Ski Resort. The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.

Sunrise Cottage

Enjoy a quiet get-a-way in the midst of Amish Country. Sunrise and Mountain Views are spectacular. This Cottage style home fully renovated by the owners is cozy but spacious. Full access to a private pavilion with Hot tub, Fire pit, and Picnic area. 5 Minutes from I-68 and 30 Minutes from Deep Creek Lake and Wisp Resort. 15 Minutes from Highest Point in PA, 30 Minutes from Great Allegany Passage bike trail.
