The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

We welcome you here to enjoy rest during your travels or maybe need a quiet place that’s near the Hospital. We are 2 miles from historic downtown & close to parks & lakes. You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.

Walk one block to beautiful Chandor Gardens, or maybe to the historic downtown square where all of your hometown antique shopping awaits. Did we mention the local cuisine? The Little Texas Peach boasts a historic feel mixed with new-age design in this 1940s build complex.

Enjoy a rural setting in the heart of cowboy country. Room to bring a horse and relax in quiet while being able to travel to many amenities surrounding Stephenville, Texas. (We're 2 miles out of town) Our new tiny home has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Come enjoy a fire outside, sit on the porch, or go for a ride in the area. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval. This includes a $20 pet fee. Up to 3 horses allowed with pre-approval and horse fee.

Located on our property, you'll have access to our private backyard and all of its amenities including a workout space, koi pond, fireplace and grill. This newly built space (April 2023) is furnished with brand new appliances, a full kitchen, refurbished wood floors and high ceilings. Within a few miles of the Palo Pinto Mountains State Park and a 30 minute scenic drive to Possum Kingdom State Park. The home is in the northern tip of Hill Country and has beautiful scenery with views of the Palo Pinto Mountains and a perfect view of the stars.
