Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

This gated community tucked in the Palo Pinto mountains has views that will take your breath away! After a day of fishing/swimming/kayaking (kayaks included), indulge in cooking dinner outside on the Blackstone followed by fire pit s'mores. Enjoy a cold drink on the porch swing or opt for ping pong, corn hole or games. You'll see cows, birds, & deer.

Embrace the bucolic lifestyle of this quaint cabin that’s adjacent to a pasture and pond. When weather permits, we have a fire pit you may use to make S’mores right in front of your cabin. We welcome you here to enjoy rest during your travels or maybe need a quiet place that’s near the Hospital. We are 2 miles from historic downtown & close to parks & lakes. Also, I will prepare breakfast for you and deliver to your door! (Times for breakfast delivery are from 8:30 to 10am, just let me know:)

You can gaze at the wide-open country stars as well as listen to the sounds of the countryside. We're a 34-minute drive to the South of Possum Kingdom Lake, a 10 minute drive to Palo Pinto lake, and a 27 minute drive to the new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park. 606 Dunn offers a relaxing getaway for the whole family with plenty of activities. This one time mobile home has been renovated and has an ad on in which both garage doors open to a large fresh air porch. Everything you’ll need to enjoy some time on Palo Pinto Lake is provided. The house has three bedrooms with four beds and three TVs with Wi-Fi and streaming service included. Two full bathrooms accompany the house, and you will have access to the dock, fire pit, and grill.
