Completely renovated in 2021, this one-room apartment (approx. 32 sqm) is located directly at the foot of Breisach's historic Münsterberg hill. Access is via a private entrance with a hallway. This offers ample space for luggage and bicycles. The apartment is equipped with a double bed (1.60 m), a wardrobe, a table with chairs, a kitchenette, and Wi-Fi. The separate bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a toilet. The apartment has underfloor heating. The one-room apartment is located on a quiet one-way street with free parking nearby. A traditional bakery and a regional butcher shop are in the immediate vicinity. Major discount stores can be reached within a few minutes by car. The newly designed market square and pedestrian zone invite you to stroll and linger. There you will find cafés, several ice cream parlors, restaurants, and a municipal cinema. The Rhine River is only about 500 m away. The piers for excursion boats (e.g., to Strasbourg) are located there. The Rheinwald forest is also a popular local recreation area for hiking, cycling, Nordic walking, etc. The Münsterberg, along with Breisach's St. Stephan's Cathedral, offers magnificent views of the Kaiserstuhl, the Black Forest, the Vosges Mountains, and the Rhine plain. Europa Park Rust and the Rulantica water world are approximately a 30-minute drive away, passing through several typical Kaiserstuhl villages. The S-Bahn (commuter train) from Breisach train station (a 10-minute walk away) runs every half hour to Freiburg in 25 minutes. From there, you can continue to the final stop, Titisee in the Black Forest (approximately another 25 minutes). You can also take the bus towards Colmar (France). Towels and bed linen are provided. Please note: A tourist tax of €2 per person per night must be paid additionally by guests on site. The tourist tax entitles you to the Konus guest card, which offers a variety of discounts, including free tickets for local public transport (bus, train, S-Bahn, tram) from Karlsruhe to Basel. Damit erhalten Sie die KONUS-Gästekarte, mit denen Sie u.a. den ÖPNV kostenlos nutzen können. Die großzügig und offen gehaltene Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche mit Herd Spüle sowie Backofen. Eine gemütliche Theke lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Zur Unterkunft führt ein separater Eingang und hat den Charakter einer kleinen Souterrainwohnung. Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist komplett neu eingerichtet, freundlich und liebevoll mit weißen Möbeln, 1,60 m-Bett mit Nachttisch, Rattan-Sitzgruppe + Couchtisch, Stühle mit hellen Hussen, schöner großer Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Tageslichtfenster und ein eigenes separat eingerichtetes Bad mit Dusche, WC – zum Wohlfühlen. Gerne helfe ich euch weiter und stehe bei Fragen gerne zur Seite.

Mitten im schönen Weingebiet gibt es viele Möglichkeiten Ihren Urlaub kreativ zu gestalten. Die nahegelegene Stadt Freiburg bietet eine Vielzahl an kulturellen Angeboten, verschiedene Theater, Konzerte, Museen und historische Bauwerke. Unsere Gäste profitieren von freien Fahrten in der gesamten Region mit Bus und Bahn mit der Kornusgästekarte.

Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen

Die Ferienwohnung AM WEINBERG ist ruhig gelegen, am Rande des Winzerorts Pfaffenweiler, inmitten von Weinberge im schönen Schneckental. Bei 119m² und einem grossen offenen 54m² Wohn- und Essraum, findet jeder einen Platz zum Wohlfühlen. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es zahlreiche Seen & Thermalbäder, die zum Baden einladen, Kaiserstuhl und Schwarzwald zum Wandern & Fahrradfahren (sehr gutes Fahrradwegenetz!). Frankreich (25km), Schweiz (65km) & Freiburg (7km) & Europapark (40km/30 Min.)

Le gîte du Tailleur, proche de Neuf Brisach, à 20 min de Colmar, 1h de Strasbourg . Vous apprécierez notre maison (refaite en juillet 2021) pour son cachet, la piscine chauffée en été, la tranquillité et la terrasse privée clôturée. Un bain finlandais privatif 8 places (supp à régler sur place). En décembre, une décoration de Noël .... Des pistes de ski à moins d'1h ! En supplément, une soirée tartes flambées est possible ou sortie bateau sur le canal … En bref : nous sommes là !!
