The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Windows to the Past Guest House

We are close to Penn State. You’ll love my place because of its Victorian age ( 1880). Windows to the Past Guest House is suitable for business travelers, families (with kids over age 6), and big groups. The 1880 house was named for the variety of 19th Century style windows it contains. The most prominent owner of the property was John B. Ibberson local drug store proprietor. In the 1950's he decided to create for his son a 3rd floor that was the prototype "Man's Cave!

If you're looking for a unique escape from the daily grind, check out our historic cabin in a picturesque setting! Located within 30 minutes of downtown State College, the cabin has historic charm, modern amenities, and plenty of private outdoor space to relax.
