The bedrooms consist of 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a basement with a queen sleeper sofa.

Important: NO 3RD PARTY RES. Tiny Red Barn is a labor of love built by us for you on the Diascund Reservoir with water views, wooded trails and sunsets. We feel like we're on vacation every day of the year and look forward to sharing our 26 acres with you. Heavily wooded land with rolling trails, birds, deer, squirrels, turtles, chickens, mini donkeys and bees. A large amount of our property sits on the Diascund Reservoir which provides a whole other side of nature. Opened April 1, 2021.

Sunset Retreat *Waterfront / Spacious*

Sunset Retreat is a perfect place for family and friends to visit with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces available for quiet time or group activities. We have, a playground area, cornhole boards, a firepit, kayak's, and a 2-person wide bottom canoe for your enjoyment. We have some life vests at the dock you're welcome to use too. * INTERNET - Country living, you can usually get on FB and such, but streaming, gaming, and watching movies may be hit and miss on the T Mobile internet provider.

The house is a short stroll to the waterfront or through the charming and historic Main Street. The kitchen is a chef's dream with marble and maple butcher block countertops, double oven, gas range, and a pot filler. Lounge on the wraparound porch, in the hammock, or on the porch swing. Paddle the York, Mattaponi and Pamunkey rivers in the 2 person kayak. Wineries nearby (Saudé Creek 7 mi, New Kent - 17 mi, Williamsburg - 28 mi) Short drive to Williamsburg & Busch Gardens 13 mi
