These days, you won't find flappers but you will find birds of a feather and other wildlife including bald eagles, blue birds and otters. We even have a train! Walk the nature trails around the property or fish at nearby Toledo Bend. Your home base is outfitted in vintage western style. Lights out and the stars come out.

It was built so that the ladies of the Consford family could cook on hot summer days without heating up their homes. The canning kitchen has been added on to and changed into a barndominium style cabin. Relax outside on the porch with a hot cup of coffee or inside in front of the tv.
