This 2-bedroom (3 beds) 2 bath unit offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, dining area, game room, laundry room, covered patio and single-car garage. Outdoor parking is also available. Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

Farm Stay: Vineyard, Animals, Heated Pool

Welcome to Orchid Hollow, our family farm and vineyard in the Virginia Piedmont. The carriage house awaits at the end of winding country roads and a long gravel drive. Start your day with coffee on the deck overlooking the vineyard as horses graze below. Spend the afternoon by the heated pool, or grab a fishing pole and head to our 5-acre lake for fishing, canoeing, or a pedal boat. End the day with wine by the lakeside bonfire as the sun sets and kids run free or swim in the color-lit pool.

River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, smoking, and vaping are not allowed. The internet is fiber optic with good cell service for most providers. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Soak in the cedar wood burning hot tub/cold plunge. Unwind in your private Sauna. Relax by a firepit with a pizza oven (dough, cheese, sauce, pepperoni supplied). Find some peace along the natural spring in the mediation/breathwork area. Hike/Bike on the trails. Put your feet up for a lovely outdoor projector movie night. River Bend Retreat is a self-guided wellness retreat that allows 2 guests to destress, reconnect to nature, and truly experience deep rejuvenation of mind, body, and spirit.

Take a hike around the Lake on the 5+ miles of trails before cooling off in the pond while you gaze up at the stars. Sheep, Dwarf Fainting goats(next to silo 10' away), Chickens, Ducks, Bunnies, & Turkeys.

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.
