All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. La SUNNY HOUSE è un nuovissimo chalet posto in splendida posizione con vista sulle Dolomiti del Centro Cadore. Raggiungibile comodamente con l'auto, è isolato ma vicino al centro paese. The beautiful and finely furnished Paruda Mountainchalet is part of the “Stlarida” apartments in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) and is a great starting point for exploring the South Tyrolean Alps. The 180 m² chalet extends across 2 storeys and consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms with king-size beds as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people.
