This cottage faces west and has beautiful sunsets on the water. Personal kayaks can be launched from the dock off the property. Clamming is another activity vacationers can enjoy by just wading into the water. The cottage has two bedrooms with one queen and one double bed. A short walk will bring you to East Matunuck State Beach and the Matunuck Oyster Bar. A bike ride will take you to the State Pier in Snug Harbour and Jim's Dock Restaurant.

Our 3 bedroom fully equipped beach home is located on a dead end street. Walk to East Matunuck Beach and the MOB-Matunuck Oyster Bar! Eight miles to URI. Close to beautiful historic downtown Wakefield and Narragansett beaches. Relax on the deck and take in the view!

Tranquil cottage is located directly across from Capt Jacks and Matunuck Oyster Bar. Also walking distance to state beach. Beautiful spot to relax and enjoy quiet time and never have to drive anywhere. Large salt pond in back and available to kayak,paddle board or just watching the sun sets

Three air conditioners make it icy cold if needed!
