Tucked away on a small, peaceful island, this hidden gem is uniquely surrounded by 3 bodies of water: The Potomac River, the Wicomico River, and Neale Sound. This quiet island oasis offers the perfect place to step away from the busy world! This cottage is incredibly special to us. For four generations, it has been a sanctuary for our family-filled with love, laughter, and countless memories.

However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.

Rousby Hall is a stunning waterfront estate on the Patuxent River, just outside Solomons Island, with sweeping views of where the river meets the Chesapeake Bay. The private 16-acre property is bordered by a conservation area and a 300-foot private beach. Year-round amenities include a pier and an in-ground pool with amazing river views. The estate also hosts weddings and events for up to 100 guests (event fee is additional).

Nestled in downtown Leonardtown , this contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, Netflix, washer and dryer, queen size beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, two twin beds in the 3rd. Kitchen is well equipped with just about everything you might need including basic spices, sugar and cooking oil. Spend your evenings relaxing on the back deck under the soft lighting.

Please note, due to extensive pet damage we have changed this property to strictly no animals. You will be asked to leave if you arrive with a pet.
