The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Minimalist Home with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds

Welcome to your home away from home. This bright colourful home in Binghamton New York, is Ryan's childhood home. Built by his Poppa in 1973. We purchased the house in 2021, and had a cosmetic remodel. The house is now complete with modern furniture, fixtures, bedroom sets, and major kitchen appliances all purchased in 2022. We're thrilled to share it with you. Fun fact: the home is only 4 miles away from SUNY B's main campus & 5 miles from the SUNY Community College.

Genny Cottage

Beautiful cottage in a quiet setting with over two acres of private land to explore . Trails around the property for walking, with many local trails in the area. Conveniently located with access to the Genegantslet Creek (a NYS trout stocked creek). Also near Chenango Valley State Park (which is also NYS trout stocked). Greek Peak Ski Resort and Adventure Center, and the Finger Lakes wine trails are a short drive away. Come relax on the porch or explore the area!

Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Dog and cat friendly with a fenced in yard and a dog run. Close by to Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park is 2 minutes away if you want to get out and go for a stroll.

Ernie’s Retro Retreat

Take it easy at this 1980s inspired bungalow in a peaceful country setting. The interior is beautifully decorated with retro accents and modern comforts. Enjoy beautiful views from every room of rolling hills and forests. There’s plenty to do at the half acre fishing/ swimming pond and this location is close to Hawkins Pond and hiking trails.
