The gourmet kitchen's rustic charm features a zinc island, butcher block counter and natural stone wall. Entertain guests at the artisan crafted pine table while dining next to the antique fireplace. Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Little J Cottage

Welcome to the “Little J Cottage” located just outside of Spruce Creek, Pa. Conveniently located between Altoona and State College minutes from I99. Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house located in the charming village of Warriors Mark, Pennsylvania. Our home is the perfect lodging for anyone attending local wedding venues, such as Gillbrook Farms, which is only half a mile away. Additionally, as alumni, employees, and PSU parents, we are thrilled to open our doors to guests visiting Penn State University for football games, move in/out weekends, or graduation ceremonies. No extra cleaning fees!

Lively Legz Flyfishing Cabin

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cabin is in the heart of some of the best fly fishing Pennsylvania has to offer. Minutes from the Little Juniata River and many more. It is just a short trip to Spring Creek in State College as well. Other attractions are Delgrosso Park, which is less than 8 miles. It also makes a wonderful retreat for Penn State home games.
