Unsere große, stilvoll eingerichtete Familienwohnung bietet sehr komfortabel Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, die Urlaub in einer landschaftlich reizvollen Gegend machen wollen und dabei auf Komfort und Spaß, auch in der Wohnung, nicht verzichten wollen. Am Rand von Zittau gelegen, genießt man den Blick auf die Berge, kann sich aber noch gut versorgen oder mal in der Stadt gehen. Uprostřed Jizerských hor se nachází naše útulná chalupa. Je vhodná jak pro partu lidí, tak pro rodiny s dětmi. Ubytuje 8 hostů. Vše je zařízenou pro maximální odpočinek a relaxaci. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.

Die Ferienwohnung mit 74 m² ist eine maisonette Wohnung mit Flur, Wohnstube, 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Badezimmer und großem Balkon. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon oder im Außenbereich möglich (Nichtraucherwohnung). Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer Garten mit Pool/Poolhaus (saisonal nutzbar) und Feuer- und Grillplatz. Garage sowie Carport vorhanden. WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, Nutzung des Kaminzimmers nach Rücksprache möglich.

Dachgeschoßwohnung mit Dachterrasse

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrfamilienhauses, ist zentral gelegen und nicht weit vom Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung wird ab und zu von mir bewohnt aber meistens bin ich bei meiner Lebensgefährtin, deshalb ist die Wohnung meistens leer und steht ihnen zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine un Münztrockner im Keller können benutzt werden.
