Hi- this is private tent camping on a horse farm in kerhonkson, NY It is not a campground! $25/ person per night! Many sites so even if it shows booked , reach out to me!! There is no water or electricity but you can have a small fire if conditions allow. Yes, portajohn. You can drive your car to the site which is in a field. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Trails Head Tiny House

Private and off-grid tiny home near the Neversink Unique Area hiking trails. This tiny house is approximately a tenth of a mile from guest parking. A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house.

The Cottage is a cozy two bedroom, year-round listing with an eat-in kitchen, living room and bathroom.
