You can enjoy the city for a day and the beach the next. Our house is nestled on .75 acres with plenty of parking. This is a pet friendly home if you have an aversion to pets and/or pet hair please do not book. Per our homeowners dangerous breeds are not permitted on the property, so please do not book if you have a certain breed.

A day trip to the Atlantic Ocean is easy as the cottage is approximately ninety miles to beaches both north and south.

I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.
