This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

In addition to this we have fantastic eateries, food trucks, cheese, ice cream shops and an incredible music scene! Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!
