Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

You'll have access to the grounds, including 1000 ft of frontage on the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing).Our guests can also purchase our USDA certified beef and farm fresh eggs to enjoy during your stay

My career takes me far and wide so you will have the whole place to yourself. I keep my bedroom for the week or two out of the year that I'm home and rent the rest of the place. 5 minute walk from late night pizza, bars, restaurants, libraries, law school, corner store. We hope you'll experience the same time-out-of-time feeling we get when sitting out on the deck in the early morning or looking up on a moonless night as the Milky Way snakes its way across the dark sky. The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.
