Centrally located 1st fl, APT 1, this place is packed with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. 30min drive to Amherst & the Brimfield Antique Show. Local restaurants such as Mexicaly, Walmart, McDonald's, DD, Subway, BigY are all within 1 mile. A/C units are provided during the summer months. You won’t want to miss sunrise either, it creates reflections of nature on the water. Grab a kayak and go for a paddle, set up a yard game, head to the dock with a fishing pole, pull up some chairs to the fire pit (firewood provided). The back yard is a private oasis. Winter offers skating and ice fishing!

Sunnybrook is a peaceful 28 acre country retreat, tucked away on a back road in West Brookfield, MA with expansive lawns, hiking trails, a pond, rushing river and crabapple orchard to explore. Only 20 minutes to I90 and I84 in Sturbridge, 45 minutes to Wachusett Mountain, and minutes away from Rock House Reservation. Craig's Cove is a two-room apartment (in my finished basement) with a farmhouse industrial motif and is in close proximity to Sturbridge, wineries, micro-brews such as Lost Towns Brewing, and beautiful scenery. Guests will be provided with one off-street parking space, private entry, bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom, TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, free wifi, coffee, kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, hot plate (no full size stove), and patio with pergola.
