IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Immersa nello scenario mozzafiato del Lago di Como, Villa Nina è una casa storica del '700 che unisce il fascino del passato con comfort moderni. La sua posizione privilegiata offre scorci panoramici su lago e montagne che incorniciano ogni risveglio. La terrazza è ideale per momenti conviviali o sereni. Per le ore calde, una piscina è a disposizione. Su richiesta come servizio extra una vasca idromassaggio esterna con vista lago completa l'offerta, garantendo un soggiorno indimenticabile.

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.
