You’ll love the coziness of this place with its great views and location. This house sits at the highest point at our property with breath taking hill top views on all sides. Very unique with all modern amenities and can fit your family and your guests comfortably. Located right off highway 69 within 10 minutes driving distance to Denison Downtown and 25 minutes to Lake Texoma. At night the stars are bright and clear. Enjoy amazing sun rises and sunsets with a beautiful open deck and a balcony.

Blackberry Cottage

Come visit this beautiful new country cottage! Have a cup of coffee, or glass of wine, on the large wrap around porch overlooking the blackberry patch. Take a walk in the country, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book for suggestions). The Blackberry Cottage is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (The Vineyard Loft). Book both venues for a larger group.

Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The Five Acre Woods

Nestled on a wooded five acre hillside tract of land on a quiet winding paved country road, come enjoy the peaceful and natural experience the Five Acre Woods has to offer. This home has been thoughtfully furnished and features three bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area overlooking the woods and a generous living area. The true star of this property is the large expansive rear deck, the new hot tub and the fire pit area. Relax and enjoy at this peaceful place to stay.

Kick back on the private balcony and enjoy the views, from sunrise to star gazing! All of this country charm just minutes from the highway & many conveniences.

The Countryside Suite

This country suite is located on a beautiful property right outside city limits. Comfortable queen bed, sofa, desk, tv, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Everything you need for your stay! The room is attached to a shop about 1 acre from our main house. Shop area isn’t used much, but if needed during your stay, you will be notified prior to use. Van Alstyne is a quaint small town with vintage shops and restaurants. Come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Private and cozy. Located minutes from Lake Texoma and Choctaw Casino. Enjoy shopping at the up and coming shops and dining of downtown Denison Tx. Many amazing restaurants available within minutes or prepare your own meals in this cozy well equipped kitchen. Very large fenced in yard is a work in progress with plans for a fire pit, hammock, umbrella picnic table and a bird watching pole. Come be our guest!

There is a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer, and spacious bedroom. Outside has a large fenced in yard, fire pit with seating, and a wrap around porch with views of the sunrise and sunset! Enjoy the backyard entertainment area with washers and corn hole!
