It is walking distance from Mundy Park (full of walking trails and an amazing playground suitable for toddlers to big kids), Poirier Rec center (swimming pool, skating rink, community center, library, running track) and other amenities. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The suite has a private entrance. Inside is two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin sized beds), bathroom and laundry.

This is a quiet & private ground level en-suite located at the back of the house. Nearby, you can conveniently find supermarkets & shopping centres within walking distance or driving distance.
