The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Soaring stone fireplace makes for a warm, fully-appointed ski lodge in the winter months. 5 minutes from Cannon and 20 minutes from both Loon and Bretton Woods. This log cabin is set in the woods in a rural part of northeastern Vermont. Escape the hustle and bustle, clear your mind, and enjoy nature. A great place to get some fresh air or to stay in and take a nap. Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities. We have direct access to the snowmobile trails, which are also lovely for walking on in the warmer months. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.
