This romantic & family friendly lakefront chalet offers a hot tub, breathtaking views & is close to Gunstock skiing. It’s a serene home base to explore charming New England towns. Enjoy sledding, skiing, snow tubing, cozy restaurants, frozen lake fun & gondola rides at Gunstock. Or cozy up at home to enjoy the hot tub, cooking with a view, board games & movies by the fireplace. We have poured our heart into making this a romantic retreat but also one that’s very kid-friendly (kids gear included)

Bring your family or friends for a fun and relaxing stay on Mousam Lake this summer! With 3 bedrooms, and additional loft and a basement sleeping area, there's room for everyone! Explore the lake with canoes, kayaks and paddleboards available to you or bring your own boat, the public boat launch is across from our front dock! When you are not enjoying the lake, the house provides many spaces for your favorite yard games, a screen house to play cards or have a drink and unwind in large hot tub!

We offer a private 3 person HOT TUB , seasonal outdoor warm shower& chiminea firepit , infrared SAUNA, 72" freestanding bathtub for the ULTIMATE spa experience. King bed with an adjustable & vibrating bed base. The cozy 600 sqf home is equipped with everything your heart could desire. Artistic Design around every corner. BOHO swings on the private porch. We abutt a 13 ac conservatory land with walking & hiking trails off the backyard.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Over 40 live plants for clean fresh air. Its solar powered, bright, open and full of cabin feels. Sit by the wood stove fire or have a bon fire outside. Relax in the outdoor hot tub spa (kept at 104° year round), jump in the inground pool (not heated), have a drink at the tiki bar, play darts or watch a movie (Netflix, Disney+). This place is great for families, a few couples or perhaps someone looking for a quiet place to relax or work remote.

Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Relax with some hydrotherapy featuring a private sauna, cold plunge pool, steam shower, jacuzzi, and massage chair. Coffee station, mini-fridge and microwave . Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.
