Disponibilidad de parking para su coche o bicicletas. El apartamento está situado a 200 m del mar, zona arbolada, buenos restaurantes y próximo a las playas de Ciudad Jardín y el Peñón. Bien comunicado con Palma (15 minutos en bus) aeropuerto y con zona de ocio centro comercial (FAN), disponiendo de servicios de autobuses cada 10 minutos.

Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
