Located less than 30 minutes from Kyle Field, Bryan College Station on a large working cattle ranch, this totally renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath 1950s cottage has everything you're looking for and much more. Outdoor lit party patio, firepit, gas grill, disc golf, cornhole, rockers and porch swing. With each stay comes a complimentary bundle of firewood and treats to hand feed the cows.

This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Welcome Snow birds and Europeans .

There is a stock pond in front of the house which is open for your fishing pleasure (Blue Catfish and Crappie). There is a large porch up front, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset and spending time slowing the pace of life. Minutes from downtown and close to local attractions. The space has its own entrance and guests have the ability to come and go as needed without disturbing homeowners.
