Welcome to Bench 170. Enjoy the privacy of the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with exclusive use of outdoor spaces. A delight for architecture enthusiasts and art lovers, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. A public beach access beside the property leads to a cobblestone beach overlooking the Georgia Strait and stunning west-facing sunsets. Please review our Pet Policy and House Rules before booking.

Eagle Suite Beach Hideaway

Designed for our most selective clientele, this elevated space located on the 3rd floor provides stunning panoramic vistas. Envision waking to the view and sound of the ocean from your king-size bed. The kitchenette includes a bar fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, sink, cutlery, dishes, and a dining area. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a gas fire table and seating that overlooks the ocean. The kitchenette in the suite is not equipped for full meal preparation. No pets or guests under 18.

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.

Our place is easy to find, but hard to forget.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This private cozy cabin is surrounded by luscious nature and located next to the Secret Cove Marina. There is a large private dock where you can soak under the sun all day, enjoy swimming in the calm waters or have fun with our paddle-boards and kayaks. You also have the option to dock your boat during your stay.
